Ahrefs states that its standard web analytics service does not use cookies or persistent identifiers and does not store raw IP addresses. It may process page URLs, referrers, user-agent and language information, approximate location, and common website interactions to produce aggregated statistics. Information entered into legal preparation tools

Our legal preparation tools are designed to process the information you enter in your browser. Entries such as notes, dates, events, fee figures, and checklist selections are not submitted to or stored by AttorneyHelp.org as part of using a tool. Unless you download or print a result, your entries are normally cleared when you reload or leave the page.

The page itself may still load the analytics and advertising services described elsewhere in this policy. For that reason, avoid putting names, Social Security numbers, account numbers, medical details, or other unnecessary sensitive information into a tool. If you download a file and later give it to a calendar, cloud-storage, printing, or other provider, that provider handles its copy under its own privacy practices.

Information you choose to provide

If you contact us, request a directory correction, propose an article, or submit information about an attorney or law firm, we may receive the information you provide. This can include your name, email address, organization, message, and listing or submission details. We use it to review and respond to the request, maintain our records, operate the directory, and improve the site.

Please do not send confidential case information, privileged communications, Social Security numbers, financial account details, or other highly sensitive information through ordinary email or a general website form. Contacting AttorneyHelp.org does not contact an attorney or create an attorney-client relationship.
