HIGHCOURT releases litigation AI that reads the entire privileged file — offline, on hardware the firm owns

HIGHCOURT LAW launches an on‑premises AI that reads entire privileged case files offline, providing strategic work product without external data transfer.

Summary

HIGHCOURT LAW LLC announced the release of HIGHCOURT, an on‑premises legal AI platform that processes an entire matter—every pleading, deposition, exhibit, and email—on hardware owned by the law firm, keeping all privileged data offline. The system returns nine forms of partner‑ready work product, including chronology, witness analysis, contradiction detection, evidence gaps, legal research paths, motion opportunities, damages insights, case strategy briefing, and a partner‑reviewable draft. A second engine, the Adjudicator, cross‑examines outputs to prevent hallucinated citations and unsupported conclusions. The AI includes a complete offline library of federal law and covers 63 practice areas, runs on the firm’s own hardware, and is sold as a perpetual license with optional updates. Founder Michael Knight emphasized that privileged files never need to leave the firm to be understood.
