Harvey Deepens Microsoft Relationship

Harvey has announced a deepened collaboration with Microsoft, specifically through the deployment of its legal AI platform to Microsoft's Corporate, External, and Legal Affairs (CELA) group. This move is significant as Microsoft is also developing its own internal "Legal Agent," yet the CELA team has chosen to implement Harvey's specialized technology to enhance efficiency and streamline workflows.

In addition to Microsoft adopting Harvey, the legal AI pioneer is expanding its own internal use of Microsoft 365 and Microsoft 365 Copilot to support its global growth. Winston Weinberg, CEO of Harvey, noted that this deployment follows a thorough evaluation process and signals that leading legal teams are increasingly integrating AI into their core operations.

Antony Cook, Corporate Vice President and Deputy General Counsel at Microsoft, expressed enthusiasm for the collaboration, stating that it will allow Microsoft's legal teams to work more efficiently and focus on high-impact, complex tasks.
