Early adopters such as White & Case, Schoenherr and Hill Dickinson are already using the solution across a range of transaction types. Legatics argues that its purpose‑built tools give lawyers the structured file organisation and reliable audit trail they need from day one, without the overhead of a general‑purpose collaboration platform.
The Data Rooms integrate directly with iManage and NetDocuments and come at a time when legal tech costs, including token usage for AI solutions, are under scrutiny.
