The Florida Bar has launched the Preferred Bar Program in partnership with Clio, providing eligible members with four months of unlimited access to Clio Work, an AI-powered legal workspace, followed by limited access for the remainder of the agreement. The program includes a structured training program on the responsible and ethical use of legal AI, with live and on-demand sessions, and offers a certification path for members who complete the training. Clio Work is designed to reduce hallucinations and confidentiality risks by drawing on a library of over one billion primary legal documents from all U.S. states and federal jurisdictions.
