Venkata Sree Karthikeya Gattupalli, a technology entrepreneur from Tadepalli and founder of legalbill.ai, has had his paper accepted for the AI4Law Workshop at ICML 2026 in Seoul. The paper, titled "Domain-Adapted Hybrid Mamba-Attention SLM for Legal Billing Review," introduces a small, specialized AI model that can automatically detect overbilling and errors in lawyer invoices at more than 90 percent lower cost than large commercial models such as those from OpenAI.
