A2D2 launches Sherlock AI chatbot for financial transaction analysis

A2D2 launched Sherlock, an AI-powered chatbot, at the 2026 Korean Legal Industry Fair in Seoul. Sherlock automates the extraction and standardization of financial transaction records from case files, using OCR to convert scanned PDFs into uniform tables and unifying disparate bank formats into a single Excel file within seconds. Beyond transcription, it traces money flows across accounts, labels transactions as core, important, or reference evidence, and provides a conversational interface where attorneys can query data and receive cited results. The tool integrates with the Irex platform, which has been adopted by over 235 law firms and processed nearly a million pages of evidence, allowing lawyers to shift focus from manual data entry to case strategy.
