Chelsea land AI legal platform Legora as training kit sleeve sponsor - Sportcal

Chelsea FC has entered into a multi-year commercial partnership with Legora, a Swedish-founded AI platform designed for legal professionals. Under this agreement, Legora will serve as the club's official legal AI partner, and its branding will appear on the sleeves of training kits worn by the men's, women's, and Academy teams.

Legora joins other sponsors on the training gear, including cryptocurrency company BingX, which holds a prominent placement on the front. This move follows a trend of AI-based legal platforms entering the sports market, similar to Harvey's deals with clubs like Paris Saint-Germain and Fulham. Meanwhile, Chelsea continues to seek a permanent front-of-shirt sponsor as its current short-term agreement with IFS nears its conclusion in the 2025-26 campaign.

The partnership comes at a critical time for the West London club. Following a 10th-place finish in the Premier League, Chelsea will miss out on UEFA Champions League competition next season. The club is activelyseeking to boost commercial revenue to offset significant financial losses, having reported a record £262.4 million pre-tax loss for the 2024-25 period.
