Summize announced the acquisition of key personnel and proprietary assets from InnoLaw Group, a contract lifecycle management consultancy, to strengthen its implementation capabilities for AI-powered contract intelligence. The move expands Summize’s bench of legal operations and CLM experts, enabling faster rollout and stronger change management for enterprise customers. Executives from both companies highlighted the cultural fit and shared focus on customer outcomes, noting that InnoLaw’s expertise will help Summize deliver value in as little as four weeks. Lucy Bassli, founder of InnoLaw, will remain an independent advisor while the rest of the team joins Summize; existing client engagements will be completed or transitioned.
