CADRE ODR and DY Patil School of Law have announced a 30-hour, practitioner-led certificate course titled "Legal Tech and Digital Dispute Resolution." This program is designed for law students and early-career professionals to gain practical exposure to online dispute resolution and legal technology. The course consists of six modules covering ADR foundations, the ODR landscape, AI in legal practice, and the design of law into technology. It includes a live Arbitration and Mediation Lab and a Hackathon. The curriculum is delivered through 20 hours of online sessions and 10 hours of on-campus activities in Navi Mumbai. Participants will receive a co-issued certificate from both institutions along with 2 academic credits. The course is scheduled to begin on 27th June 2025, with an application deadline of 15th June 2025. The fee structure includes an early bird option of Rs 11,799 and a standard fee of Rs 16,799, both inclusive of all course materials and assessments.
