The initiative, funded by the Government of India through the Ministry of External Affairs, aims to connect Nepali entrepreneurs with India's startup and technology ecosystem. Participating startups span diverse sectors including AI, cybersecurity, healthcare, agritech, fintech, and drone technology. The program, conducted at the IIT Madras Pravartak Technologies Foundation, provides mentorship, industry exposure, and access to India's innovation network. Indian Ambassador to Nepal Naveen Srivastava addressed the inaugural session virtually, encouraging participants to explore partnerships with India's ecosystem. The first cohort, comprising 24 startups, was conducted between December 2025 and January 2026.
