Contracts 365 has launched an AI Negotiation Companion designed to integrate governed artificial intelligence into contract negotiation workflows within Microsoft 365 environments. The tool operates inside Microsoft Word, comparing contract language against an organization’s approved clause playbook to provide structured suggestions, enforce compliance, and maintain audit readiness. Key features include applying standard clauses, generating AI-assisted rewrites, configuring negotiation strategies, and enforcing risk guardrails. The system automatically extracts key obligations from finalized agreements and syncs them into the Contracts 365 platform for portfolio-level management. Operating within the customer’s Microsoft 365 tenant, it ensures alignment with existing security, compliance, and identity controls.
