HCL Technologies sets board meeting date to declare Q4 results 2026, interim dividend for FY26

Mint
HCL Technologies will meet on April 21, 2026, to announce its Q4 FY26 results and consider an interim dividend amidst recent stock pressure.

Summary

HCL Technologies has scheduled a board meeting for April 21, 2026, to review and approve the audited financial results for the March quarter (Q4 FY26) and the full financial year ending March 31, 2026. The board will also deliberate on the payment of an interim dividend for FY26, continuing the company’s streak of 92 consecutive quarterly dividend payouts. Despite reporting a 6% QoQ and 13.3% YoY revenue growth of ₹33,872 crore in the December quarter, net profit declined by 11.21% due to one-time costs related to new labor code provisions.

The company secured significant deals, including a $473 million contract with a global apparel retailer, bringing total bookings to $3,006 million. HCL Technologies anticipates revenue growth of 4%-4.5% for the current financial year, with service segment revenue projected to grow 4.75%-5.25% YoY in constant currency.

However, HCL Technologies’ share price has faced considerable pressure recently, falling 19% in under two months, and 32% from its record high, due to concerns about the potential disruption from advanced AI tools. Analysts are monitoring the impact of AI, as advanced models could pose competition for software makers.
