Wellbeing marketplace Healf tops Sifted’s third UK and Ireland leaderboard | Sifted
Summary
Healf, a London startup specializing in high-end health products, has topped Sifted’s third annual UK & Ireland Leaderboard, ranking the 100 fastest-growing companies in the region. The ranking, created in partnership with Marriott Harrison, uses a two-year revenue CAGR to assess growth. Fuse Energy and Apron followed in second and third place, respectively, with both companies also based in London and having roots in the Revolut alumni network. Fintech remains the dominant sector, representing 36 companies on the list, while AI-native companies are also gaining prominence, with 24 featured.
The leaderboard reveals that the 100 companies have collectively raised £18.53bn and employ over 10,000 people. Healf achieved a remarkable 1,403% two-year revenue CAGR, driven by a curated marketplace approach to the wellness industry. The average company size has decreased to 102 employees, and London remains the hub for these high-growth businesses, hosting 74 of the companies.
Several companies have already secured funding in 2026, including Oxa and Nuclera. Accel and Crowdcube are the most active VC firms backing companies on the list. The ranking criteria included being a private, independent company headquartered in the UK or Ireland, founded after 2010, and demonstrating substantial revenue growth based on proprietary technology.
