Orbital, an AI platform for real estate law, secured $60 million in Series B funding to expand its presence in the US and UK.

Summary

Orbital Witness Ltd., an AI platform focused on real estate law, has raised $60 million in Series B funding led by Brighton Park Capital. The funding will be used to expand the company’s market share in the United Kingdom and the United States, as well as to invest in product development. Orbital’s technology addresses the inefficiencies in real estate legal work, which remains largely manual despite being the world’s largest asset class.

The company originated from research into using AI and computer vision to interpret satellite imagery, pivoting to legal workflows after finding limited traction in the financial sector. Orbital’s platform assists legal professionals by ingesting various document types, drafting and analyzing legal coding, and providing reports. Clients like Vinson & Elkins have already seen benefits, freeing up lawyers to focus on more complex tasks.

With over 200,000 real estate transactions supported in 2025, Orbital is poised to capitalize on the under-automation of real estate law. Brighton Park Capital partner Kevin Magan believes Orbital’s focus on accuracy and domain expertise will define a new category in legal automation.
