Someone set fire to the Ozark County prosecuting attorney's home last weekend. Sheriff Raymond Pace says his office was called to Country Road 607 and Pontiac on Friday night around 9:30pm.

AMARILLO - An Amarillo lawyer has been federally indicted on gun charges. 38-year old David Duncan was indicted on two counts of carrying a weapon on an aircraft. Duncan is accused of trying to board a plane with a concealed handgun twice. Once in November of 2007, and again earlier this month.
