WASHINGTON (CP) - A Louisiana stockbroker charged with sending threatening e-mails to Finance Minister Jim Flaherty plans to plead not guilty. Lloyd Tiller, 59, is due in U.S. district court for an arraignment Aug. 29. His lawyer, Martin Stroud, says Tiller is a well-respected broker in Shreveport.
