State Attorney: Men Cannot "Decline" Fatherhood (WTOL News 11)
BAY CITY, MICHIGAN (AP) -- A state attorney is asking a judge to dismiss a lawsuit filed by a men's rights group on behalf of a man who is declining fatherhood. Assistant Attorney General Joel McGormley says 25-year-old Matt Dubay has a financial obligation to support his daughter.
