A Naples attorney keeping an eye on the Jackson Laboratory proposal isn’t looking favorably at how the Collier County Attorney’s Office is interpreting a state law for exemptions to public records disclosure. Officials with the Maine-based Jackson Lab recently sought confidentiality for business-related information they now and in the future furnish to county government.
