Blogger, lawyer cite free speech in Ohio lawsuit
COLUMBUS -- A blogger and a lawyer sued over comments they made in the case of a Muslim-to-Christian convert said in court filings Tuesday that their remarks and postings were constitutionally protected free speech.

Local attorney Robert Sossen Jr. admitted Wednesday morning in Oneida County Court that he wasn’t paying his state income taxes on time for three years. During the proceeding, Judge Barry M. Donalty also dismissed all related charges against Sossen’s wife, Adele Sossen, after her husband admitted that he always told her the taxes were being paid on time.
