Ohio attorney general asks appeals court to make a decision in Stumpf case
The Ohio Attorney General's Office sent a memorandum to the 6th Circuit Court of Appeals asking it to finally render a decision in the appeal of death row inmate John David Stumpf. The case has been open for five years.
