CHARLESTON (AP) - A Charleston lawyer accused of beating a client with a baseball bat has pleaded guilty to unlawful wounding. Joshua Robinson entered his plea Monday in Kanawha County Circuit Court. In exchange for his plea, prosecutors dropped malicious wounding, embezzlement and obstruction charges. Robinson is scheduled to be sentenced May 27. He faces up to five years in prison.
